Welcome magical one, we’re Lydia (she/her) and Seven (they/them) and our friendship and cosmic collaboration in this lifetime ;) began at a retreat such as this.
In the 7 years since, we’ve shed many identities, relationships, homes, careers, and outdated ways of being all in the service of a heart-centered authentically expressed life. And we didn’t do it alone. Our individual evolutions blossomed thanks to the mighty power of coven and the mountains that can only be moved in the presence, belonging, and solidarity of fellows who celebrate the entirety of who you are, warts and all!
Together we have over 25 years of combined experience as facilitators of transformational healing, each with our own unique flavor and gifts.

I’m Lydia (she/her): Somatic Breathwork Teacher, Embodied Mystic, Divine Provocateur, and your Healing Guide to ‘OMG, I didn’t know it could feel THIS good’ authentic self-expression.
I’m the founder of the Liberate Your Body Breathwork Certification Program and The Liberation Collective (an online healing community), and I believe it’s your divine birthright to turn your pain into pleasure and make magic here on Earth.
I’ve been on the spiritual healing path for over a decade, transmuting the heartbreak of childhood sexual abuse, anorexia, and divorce into heart healing medicine. I’m a Liberatrix at heart, with a gift for guiding former good girls to break free from the chains of perfectionism and live a soul-satisfying, service-led life.

I’m Seven (they/them): For nearly two decades I’ve been supporting individuals in rediscovering themselves, their bodies, and deepening their relationships.
Working in a deeply integrative way I’ve helped liberate curious souls on their unique journeys and helped them find safety and bliss in their bodies, joy and eroticism in their relationships, authentic expression and creativity in their work and life.
My own journey to liberation, success and joy has been a powerful blend of initiations, certifications, spiritual devotional practices, and deep soul enquiry.
I’m a certified somatic sex & relationship coach, meditation teacher and shamanic practitioner. I love weaving spiritual, somatic, sensual, shamanic, and magical practices into special one-of-a-kind experiences for powerful life changing transformations. Come explore and play with us!
Our shared frequency is a playful divine cosmic remembrance of why our souls came here on Earth - to learn how to embody LOVE.
In the Spring of 2024 we journeyed to Glastonbury to be initiated into deeper layers of our soul’s aliveness. The experience we shared was so magical and downright EPIC, we absolutely knew we needed to facilitate a transformational retreat on these sacred lands.

You are absolutely welcome to apply! We’ll be playing in the mystery and weaving in magic throughout the retreat, while honoring each person’s individual process and ability to opt out at any time.
If after reviewing your application we believe we aren’t the right space holders for you, we’ll let you know.

We’re devoted to cultivating a nourishing space for each and every participant to have as safe and courageous experience as possible. Because of our lived experiences as white people we acknowledge we’ll never understand the experience of folks in the global (BIPOC) majority. We’re open to receiving and validating feedback at any point during or after the retreat. Our aim is to create an inclusive environment to meet your concerns with compassion and care, and make changes when needed to learn and grow together.
We’ll be using inclusive pronouns and playing with gender expansive archetypes during this retreat (ie. priestess and priestex, goddess, goddex, creators, creatrix, etc.)

We’ve intentionally chosen this retreat to begin in the Full Moon portal. Together we’ll work with the energies of the waning moon to release and deactivate any old stories weighing heavy on your heart.

We’ll do this gently, in a securely held container led by trauma-trained somatic guides to heal those pieces of your heart keeping you seperated from love.
