This program guides you through 14 months of curriculum with plenty of space for integration and life to unfold along the way. You will not be who you were at the beginning of this journey, in all the best ways possible!
I’m devoted to the long-term success and satisfaction of each student. Once the live program is completed, we have monthly community check-in calls, weekly co-working office hours, and indefinite access to the very active certification Slack community.
Hybrid: Virtual with an In-Person Retreat
When you’ve connected so deeply with your peers online for 14 months, you’re going to want to get to hug each other in person! While the bulk of this program happens virtually, we will conclude with an in-person retreat where you’ll have the opportunity to connect and build even deeper relationships, networking and collaboration opportunities, and straight up have a blast dancing around of fire together.

Most programs boast a trauma-aware or trauma-informed approach. Participants of this program will learn to fluently speak the language of trauma resolution. Let’s just say you’ll learn sorcery skills that will leave your clients wondering if you’re actually human. ;)

SEVEN CASTLE
“I completely resolved traumas I’ve been working with for years.”
Even though I was going through the training to be able to support other people in breathwork, I was my first client. Through the process of receiving my own medicine, I dare to say I completely resolved traumas I’ve been working with for years. In the past, community has been a tricky place for me to find resolution. Within this container, I resolved a lot of my personal fears around being held in community. I feel incredibly lucky to have been held in this container and now to be a part of this ongoing community and a group of facilitators.
The Program Structure
The structure of this training draws inspiration from the innate cyclical flow of the feminine nature:

1 week of Peer Partner Workshop (Hands-on client experience)

1 week OFF for rest and digestion
All classes are held on Thursdays over Zoom and recorded in a private web portal to view on-demand. All participants have lifetime access to recorded material to view again and again.
There are 2 Exams held within this portal - a Midterm and a Final Exam.
Graduation commences with an in-person immersion training with Lydia. Location TBA.

Our first live class begins on March 28th. We meet 3 times a month on Zoom for 4 hours each session. (Yes, we take lunch/snack/movement breaks)
There are 2-3 week breaks scheduled throughout the year to digest and integrate your learnings.
Our virtual journey concludes with an in-person immersion retreat in June of 2025 in Connecticut. Location TBA.
Total Time commitment is approximately 12-18 hours a month.

Live Classes are held on Thursdays from 11 am-4 pm EST. Lunch/movement breaks included.
ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED and uploaded in a private web portal to view on-demand. You have lifetime access to this web portal to review at any time.
Live attendance is encouraged, but NOT required to complete this program. However, you are responsible to watch all calls and connect with your 1:1 peer partner outside of scheduled class time should you be unable to attend live sessions.

Absolutely not. We are open and welcoming of all faiths, creeds, and doctrines. This program is about building a deeper connection with your understanding of a higher power.

No, all genders and identities are welcome in this space. That being said the majority of participants in this space identify as white, cis-gendered women. It is of the highest importance to me to hold as safe/brave of a space as possible for all in this container. I’m actively involved in an ongoing training program to decolonize the wellness space with an emphasis on racial/gender diversity and inclusion. As this program expands there will be guest teachers whose expertise lies in this field. For more on my commitment to this work, please refer to this statement here.

I’m holding the prayer for a council of 14 participants in the next round of this program. That being said I’m open to the number Spirit sends and trust the exact right amount of people will hear the call. What makes this program unique is its small-classroom learning style, and therefore I will only accept as many students as feels doable to maintain that feeling of intimacy.

Heck yes! After my first breathwork experience, I walked up to the facilitator and asked her to show me the way. I started a year-long mentorship the following week and still work with her today. When you know, you know. Trust that intuitive hit.
