Somatic Breathwork is an active form of guided meditation
It utilizes a dynamic breathing pattern to safely release stuck emotional energy from the body.
Breathing in this way quiets the mind and allows us to tap into our body’s innate ability to heal. By allowing us to get closer to our emotions we’re able to process and release outdated habits, patterns, and ways of being to make space for new insight and vitality.
This practice is done lying down and is facilitated either in person or virtually over Zoom.
